I have questions about my order. Where can I get answers and updates? Use the "Contact" tab or send an email to email@example.com with your order number. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
How will my items be shipped? Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and are normally delivered within 1-3 business days after processing is complete.
How long does it take to process my order before it ships? Processing takes 2-4 business days. If the order is placed after 2pm PST, then the order will be processed the following business day. Orders made on weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
There's a wrong item in my order. What do I do? If you received an incorrect item, please use the "Contact" form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the error. Email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the incorrect item is unopened and unused. We will be happy to assist you.
I want to check the status of my order. How do I do that? Use the tracking number that was emailed to you to check the status of your order.
What's the Return Policy? There are no returns for products that have been opened or used. You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your products for a 100% refund. Please be sure to send your invoice or receipt. Email us using the "Contact" form or via email@example.com to set up returns.
